When these arrived and I opened the package, I was concerned because they looked tiny. The item description did not include any sizing information, so I was afraid they would be too small. Luckily, the material is very stretchy, and it easily fit, although I'm guessing that for anyone with a waist larger than 36 inches they might be verry tight. The fabric is soft and comfortable, and my wife tells me I look good in these.

These are 2 separate pieces. The g string is your underwear and the top item is like a skirt. It has no leg openings. I ordered the largest size and the item runs a little small on me. If you are well endowed the g string underwear could be a problem. Great wear for a night of romance. Would not recommend for all day wear. Would make a great gift.

The pouch on this thong is quite small (in a good way) and there is very little other fabric, making these some very sexy, revealing panties. The fabric and waistband aren't super soft but they are still plenty comfortable and everything stretches a fair amount. The only size available when I ordered was XL which is a little loose on me but not so much that I can't wear them. I'm 5'9", 180lbs, with a 34" waist, so if you're of a similar size or smaller I'd say get a Large, and if you're over about a 38" waist XL is probably the better size.
